In the interests of fairness, we charge 50% of our fee when you commission the work - and, so should you decide to proceed, you'll be charged just £375 + VAT at our online checkout. By commissioning us to undertake this work, you are committing to pay the remaining 50% balance (a further £375 + VAT) when we invoice you on completion of our work. Just to be clear, the total fee for this service is £750 + VAT.

What is a Financial Model Review?
The Goodshelter Group Financial Model Review assesses the extent to which your Financial Model delivers the outputs required by investors. We’ll consider the credibility of the input data/assumptions, the accuracy and appropriateness of the model’s calculations, and the presentation (and accuracy) of outputs.
We’ll produce a formal Gap Analysis showing the strengths and weaknesses of your existing financial model and the areas which would benefit from improvements in-line with The Goodshelter Group’s tried and tested principles of Financial Modelling and our knowledge of sector best practice. Our assessment is based on the team’s experience in preparing Financial Models which have met the investment criteria of Private Sector Investors for schemes over £100 million, internationally.
